What to Wear For Valentine’s Day

Hi friends! How is your week going so far? With Valentine’s Day coming in hot next week (Monday!) I thought it would be fun to round up some cute outfit ideas. I’ve included a variety of casual and dressier outfits depending on whether you’re planning a casual night in with the family or a fun evening out on the town. And, if you’re at all like me and tend to procrastinate, all of these looks are available on Amazon Prime, yippee!

Heart Printed Long Sleeve Top

With the sweet red hearts, this is giving me quintessential valentine’s vibes, but it’s too cute not to wear year-round. Love that it has long sleeves too since it’s still pretty chilly outside.

Love Baseball Tee

Fun and super casual baseball tee style with the sporty 3/4 length sleeves.

Animal Print Heart Tee

Fun and flirty! The best of both worlds with animal print and Valentine’s day wrapped up in one!

Pink Cable Knit Cardigan

How sweet is this cardigan sweater? Love the dusty pink color…would definitely wear this well into Spring.

Long Sleeve Swing Dress

I just love a good swing dress and this one is so versatile. Dress it up with boots or heels or dress it down with flats or cute sneakers. Add some jewelry, and you’re good to go!

Long Sleeve Sheath Dress

This would be a pretty dress for going out to dinner. Love the belt detail and the pockets.

Sexy Off the Shoulder Top

Love this laid back but super sexy top. It looks great with jeans, but you could also dress it up with a skirt or maybe even a pair of leather leggings for that extra wow factor.

Bodycon Velvet Wrap Dress

Definitely a more formal option, but this dress is absolutely stunning. The wrap style is very figure flattering and the velvet and long sleeves are a nice touch for the winter weather. It comes in other colors too but I just love this deep wine color for Valentine’s Day. Plus, you can’t beat the price!

Silver Heart Earrings

These earrings are so cute and I love the unique design! They are made with sterling silver too so no worries about tarnishing or skin sensitivities.

Dainty Gold Heart Necklace

How sweet is this necklace? It’s understated, dainty and perfect for everyday wear, well beyond Valentine’s Day. It would also make a great gift for a daughter or your favorite gal pal!

Valentine’s Day Home Decor

I also found some cute Valentine’s Day decorations for the house! I don’t usually go all out decorating for the smaller holidays, but I thought it would be fun to do a little something extra. The mantle and the couch cushions in the living room tend to be the main focal point in our house when it comes to decorations, so I found these adorable banners and pillow covers.

If you’ve read my “Space-Saving Holiday Decorating Hack” post, you’d know what a big fan I am of pillow covers. Case in point! So fun and easy to switch out! (And both the banners and covers take up minimal space.)

Valentines Day Decor for the Home on Amazon:

What are your plans for Valentine’s Day? Since it’s on Monday, we’re going to keep it pretty casual this year. The boys have school and baseball practice, so it will be a cozy night at home. But maybe some fun take-out and sweet treats? Oh, and wine. Definitely a big glass of red wine!

Don’t forget to help the kids get their Valentine’s put together by this weekend too! (I feel like Monday is going to sneak up on us!) Hope you have a great Valentine’s Day and let me know if you buy anything cute!

xoxo,
